Itinerary

Day 1

SRINAGAR

Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Srinagar. Following a quick wash and change, explore the Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh constructed in 1632 A.D. by Asif Khan, Jahangir’s brother-in-law, and Shalimar Bagh commissioned by Jahangir for Empress Noor Jahan. Additionally, visit Chashm-e-Shahi. These picturesque gardens are situated along the shores of Dal Lake. After the garden tour, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Srinagar.

SRINAGAR – LOCAL VISIT

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel, Visit the following sightseeing: –
  • Visit the Shankaracharya Temple, also known as the Jyeshteshwara Temple, situated atop the Shankaracharya Hill on the Zabarwan Range in Srinagar. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, the temple offers panoramic views of Srinagar from its elevation of 1,000 feet above the valley floor.
  • Visit Pari Mahal, or the Palace of Fairies, a seven-terraced garden located at the summit of the Zabarwan mountain range. This garden overlooks the city of Srinagar and the southwest portion of Dal Lake.
  • Conclude your day with a delightful one-hour boat ride on the lake aboard a gondola boat known as “SHIKARA.” Experience the Venice of India as you witness the aquatic life of Srinagar.
  • Dinner and an overnight stay in Srinagar.

SRINAGAR –SONAMARG - SRINAGAR (ONE WAY 80 KMS; APPROX. 03 HOURS)

  • After breakfast, embark on a day excursion to Sonamarg, situated at an altitude of 9000 feet and renowned as “The Meadow of Gold.” The backdrop of snow-capped mountains against a vivid sky and the meandering Sindh River add to the enchantment.
  • During this excursion, you have the opportunity to explore the enchanting Thajiwas Glacier. Whether you prefer a leisurely walk or a pony ride (available on a direct payment basis), the glacier promises a mesmerizing experience.
  • After Visit, return back to Srinagar. Dinner & Overnight stay in Srinagar at Hotel.

SRINAGAR – GULMARG – SRINAGAR (ONE WAY - 54 KMS, 02HRS)

  • After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Gulmarg, a captivating destination discovered by the British in the 19th century. Nestled in a basin surrounded by pine forests within the Pir Panjal range, Gulmarg is situated at an elevation of 2,730 meters above sea level, making it one of Kashmir’s most renowned tourist spots. Notably, it boasts one of the world’s highest green golf courses, featuring 18 holes and a historic clubhouse.
  • Upon reaching Gulmarg, you have the option to partake in the following tours:
  • OPTIONAL / INDIVIDUAL ARRANGEMENTS:
  • Gulmarg to Kungdoor (Phase 1): The first phase of the Gondola transports visitors to an altitude of 8,530 ft, reaching Kongdori Station.
  • Kungdoor to Apharwat (Phase 2): The second stage of the Gondola ascends to an elevation of 12,293 ft.
  • After exploring these optional attractions, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay and dinner at the hotel.
  • Note: – We will not provide transfers from the hotel to Gondola start point as the movement of our vehicle is not allowed. Guests must arrange it by themselves and pay there on actual.

SRINAGAR– PAHALGAM – SRINAGAR (ONE WAY – 94 KMS; 03.00 HRS)

  • After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Pahalgam. On the way, make a stop to visit a bat factory and Apple Valley.
    Pahalgam, renowned for its scenic beauty, is a well-known tourist attraction and a favored location for Bollywood film shoots. It retains its status as a health resort and now features not only tourist huts but also several private-sector hotels offering modern amenities.
  • For those interested in additional sightseeing (at Own Expenses), consider an excursion to Chandanwari (3288 meters), Betaab Valley, and Aru Valley. Nestled amid snow-covered mountain peaks and lush pine and deodar forests, Betaab Valley is situated at the mouth of River Sheshnag.
  • After Visit, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay and dinner at the hotel.

SRINAGAR – DOODHPATHRI - SRINAGAR (ONE WAY – 50 KMS, 02 HRS)

  • After breakfast, embark on a captivating day excursion to Doodhpathri, a scenic tourist destination and hill station nestled in the Budgam district of Jammu & Kashmir. Situated at an impressive altitude of 8,957 ft, this tranquil spot is located 42 km away from the state’s summer capital, Srinagar.
  • Doodhpathri is cradled in a bowl-shaped valley within the Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas, offering stunning views at an altitude of 2,730 m (8,957 ft) above sea level. The alpine valley is adorned with snow-clad mountains and meadows of Pine Fir and Deodar. In winter, the meadows are blanketed in snow, while spring and summer bring forth a carpet of wildflowers like daisies, forget-me-nots, and buttercups.
  • After exploring the beauty of Doodhpathri, return to Srinagar and check into the houseboat for the night. Enjoy a delectable dinner and unwind for an overnight stay on the houseboat in Srinagar.

SRINAGAR (DEPARTURE)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Srinagar airport to board your flight for your onward journey, carrying with you the sweet memories of this tour.
